Keeping My Eye On The Desire

It's not necessary for you to exacerbate your contrast with struggle in order to get it into a higher place. 

It is not necessary to suffer in order to give birth to desire. 

But when you have suffered and you have given birth to desire, so what? You've got a desire.

Turn your attention to the desire. 

Think about where you're going and never mind where you've been. 

Don't spend any more time justifying any of that stuff.

My Happiness Is Always Up To Me

Tell everyone you know: "My happiness depends on me, so you're off the hook." And then demonstrate it. 

Be happy, no matter what they're doing. 

Practice feeling good, no matter what. 

And before you know it, you will not give anyone else responsibility for the way you feel -- and then, you'll love them all. 

Because the only reason you don't love them, is because you're using them as your excuse to not feel good.

There's No Ending To That Which I Am

Because we know that life is eternal, and we know that there is no ending to that which you are about, if one of you is killed in an earthquake or crashes your plane, or any number of other very creative ways you have found to make your exit into the Non-Physical, because we know the whole picture, we grieve not a moment for any of you. 

But from your more shortsighted point of view in physical, a lot of you grieve tremendously.

Joy will be yours immediately, and everything else that you have ever thought would make you happy, will start flowing, seemingly effortlessly, into your experience.

To Allow Or Not To Allow

Physical pain is just an extension of emotion. 

It's all the same thing. 

There are two emotions. 

One feels good and one feels bad. 

Which means, you're connected to your Energy Stream or you're not allowing your Energy Stream.

More Thinking, Less Acting

Act a little less and think a little more... We're not saying stop acting and do it all in mind. We're saying work your 8 hours or your 10 hours or your 16 hours.. 

Just spend at least 10 or 15 minutes — in a day where you are working 8-10-16 hours of physical action in order to maintain the physical stuff that you've gathered around you — trying to find pleasure from some vision. 

Afford yourself that. 

And that 10 or 15 minutes that you are finding pleasure, will cause a focalization of Energy within you that the Universe will actualize around. 

You will begin to notice that you are more productive, because of 15 minutes of visualization, than you were from 16 hours of hard labor.
